This page is maintained by the AffiliatePulse AI team to explain what data we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We aim to collect the minimum data required to run the Service.
1. Data We Collect
- Account data: email, full name, hashed password (via our auth provider).
- Onboarding data: niche, affiliate networks, traffic channels, monthly volume.
- Campaign data: offers you save, prompts, AI-generated copy, tracking URLs, manual performance snapshots you log.
- Billing data: customer ID, subscription status, plan, trial end date. Card details are stored by Stripe, not by us.
- Usage & diagnostics: anonymized telemetry to fix bugs and improve the product.
2. How We Use Data
- To operate the Service (auth, generation, storage, billing).
- To send AI prompts to model providers (e.g. Google Gemini via Lovable AI Gateway) — inputs and outputs are used only to fulfil your request.
- To send transactional emails (receipts, trial reminders, security notifications).
- To improve the product in aggregate, non-identifying form.
We do not sell your data and we do not train foundation models on your campaigns.
3. Subprocessors
- Supabase — database, auth, storage (EU/US regions).
- Stripe — payments and subscription billing.
- Lovable AI Gateway / Google Gemini — AI generation.
- Cloudflare — hosting and CDN.
4. Data Retention
We keep your account and campaigns for as long as your account is active. You can delete individual campaigns at any time. When you delete your account, we remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention purposes.
5. Your Rights
Depending on your region (GDPR/UK GDPR/CCPA), you may have the right to:
- Access, correct, or export your data
- Delete your account and personal data
- Object to or restrict certain processing
- Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority

6. Security
We use encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, Row-Level Security on all user data tables, hashed passwords, and role-based access. No system is 100% secure — please use a strong, unique password.
7. Cookies
We use only essential cookies required for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
8. Children
The Service is not intended for anyone under 18.
9. Changes
We'll notify you of material changes at least 14 days in advance via email or in-app.
