Welcome to AffiliatePulse AI ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using our platform (the "Service"), you ("you", "user") agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
AffiliatePulse AI is an AI-powered SaaS that discovers affiliate offers and generates marketing campaign assets (ad copy, landing pages, social posts, creatives, translations, competitor intel, and deep-links to ad platforms). The Service is provided as-is and evolves over time.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for all activity on your account.
3. Subscriptions, Free Trial & Billing
- Plans: Starter ($49/month) and Pro ($97/month), billed monthly in USD.
- Free trial: New users get a 7-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be automatically charged the plan price.
- Renewals: Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled.
- Payments: Processed by Stripe. We do not store card details.
- Cancellation: Cancel any time from your billing portal. Access continues until the end of the current paid period.
4. Refunds
Because AffiliatePulse AI generates AI content on demand (consuming compute), monthly subscription fees are non-refundable. If you were charged in error or believe there is a billing issue, contact support@affiliatepulse.ai within 14 days and we'll review your case in good faith.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Promote illegal, deceptive, or fraudulent offers, or content that violates a network's or ad platform's policies (Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Use the Service to generate content that is defamatory, hateful, sexually explicit involving minors, or otherwise illegal.
- Reverse engineer, resell, or wrap the Service as a competing product.
- Abuse the AI generation endpoints (scraping, automated bulk generation beyond fair use).
6. AI Output Disclaimer
AI-generated copy, offers, EPC data, competitor intel, and creative suggestions are informational starting points, not guarantees of performance, compliance, or accuracy. You are responsiblefor reviewing every asset before launching a paid campaign and for complying with advertiser, network, and ad-platform policies.
7. Intellectual Property
You own the campaigns and assets you generate through your account. We retain ownership of the platform, models, prompts, and interface. You grant us a limited license to process your inputs to deliver the Service.
8. Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with affiliate networks, ad platforms, and AI providers. Their terms apply to your use of those services. We are not responsible for outages or changes on their side.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the platform, or create risk for other users or partners. You may delete your account any time from the app.
10. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email at least 14 days before taking effect.
